Crock Pot Meals
If you are new here you probably think I am some gourmet chef (LOLZ)! But if you aren’t new here you understanding I am just a single momma from Southern Illinois looking for the easiest meals to cook! Anything easy and yummy I am all about cooking. One of my favorite fall recipes is taco soup! YOU TOSS EVERYTHING into the crock pot and PEACE OUT GIRLSCOUT! I frequent Kroger and they have all of these ingredients. Heck it is especially easy to keep these on hand, make extra and create freezer meals.
1 Rotisserie Chicken (all chopped/diced) (you can easily substitute ground beef)
1 big jar of Salsa (fill with water an rinse out) or substitie with 2 cans of rotel
1 can of white corn
1 can of yellow corn
2 packets of taco seasoning
1 packet of ranch dressing seasoning
2 cans of black beans
DONE and DONE! told yall it was easy! Cook on low for 4-6 hours in the crock pot. If you are a rush you could easily toss all of this in an insta pot or even on the stove top and bring to a boil.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips!
