Bathroom Remodel
When we purchased this home in 2017 I know this bathroom needed an update. We casually painted it yellow, put down new flooring and used my bathroom decor from my apartment in Nashville. At that point in time that was the quick fix to update it for our family. Now three years later and I am working it was time for the update that our house could allow and was almost budget friendly. We stay under $1000 and were able to have the cabinets paint by a local company called Home at its Best, change the mirrors, painted, and updated the light fixtures. I also was able to update all the decorative towels. I wanted something more mature for Elliott to use as he grows up and for our guests since this is a hallway bathroom. Scroll to the bottom for some before pictures.
The towels we use for decorative purposes are the Threshold brand from Target. They have tons of options and are linked here I frequently buy most of my bathroom items at Target. It is high quality for a great price point. My favorite bath mat is this one from Target. It comes in several different colors and it washes so nicely. The shower curtain is this beautiful waffle weave print and of course I picked it up in white as well.
The lights and mirrors are from Wayfair. The lights are so beautiful in person and worth every penny. I also chose these longer and touch over sized mirrors to make the room appear larger than it actually is.
Lastly, we painted walls Alabaster. You can get this from Sherwin Williams or we were able to pick it up at our local Lowe’s. The cabinet paint color is Sherwin Williams Naval. Now for the big reveal. Enjoy!
